SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS:
  • Complete examination of pelvic organs is involved in ultrasonography of pelvis for females. Kindly inform our check-up executives if you are not comfortable
  • Mammography is usually recommended after 40 years of age for women. The cost of mammography will be deducted from the package if female is under 40 years of age
  • Tests like x-rays, mammography and DEXA shall not be done if you are pregnant
  • Please inform our health check-up executive if you had prior surgery/implants metallic (eg rods and screws/pacemakers, cochlear, implants etc) before taking appointment
TO DO LIST BEFORE HEALTH CHECK-UP:
  • Contact lenses should be avoided 24 hours prior to eye check-up. Use of spectacles is suggested
  • Smoking is prohibited 12 hours prior to Spirometry. Also avoid use of inhalers on the day of the check up
  • PAP smears test cannot be conducted during menses(periods)
  • Please shave your chest prior to stress test(male)
  • Water in take is important up to 2 liters without voiding urine before sonography of pelvis so that your bladder is full for the test
  • First urine and stool of the day is advised for test sample, you may bring the same from home. Containers can be collected from the department in advance
FASTING & MEDICATION:
  • 12 hours fasting prior to health check-up is recommended
  • Drinking water is allowed but not tea/coffee or any other liquid
  • Alcohol consumption is strictly prohibited 24 hours prior to the health check-up
  • Medications * to be avoided prior to the health checkup:
    If BP medication: - Avoid B-Blockers
    If Thyroid medication: - Morning dose may be taken
  • If Diabetes medication: - May be taken after blood collection
  • If Calcium Sublimates: - Avoid 24 hours prior to Dexa

*Please consult your doctor before discontinuation of any medicine and inform our health check- up executives about it

Special note:
  • If appointment is available, you may be provided with additional consultation and investigation as per your willingness. This will be billed separately and will be beared by the employees
  • After sample collection of fasting blood sample breakfast will be served
  • Please inform our health check-up executive if you are pregnant at the time of taking appointment
APPOINTMENTS:
  • Prior appointment is always recommended for health check-up for smooth and hassle-free process. Please call 020 66285120/5125 for appointment
  • You may take appointment for 8am to 8pm on weekdays, excluding Sunday and public holidays
  • Wellness centre is on the Level 1, please be on scheduled time for health check-up
  • Your timeliness will help us to complete your health check up on time
  • Rescheduling of appointment may be done if you will not report on the scheduled time
  • For cancellation or postponement of your appointment, please inform us at least 24 hours in advance.
FOR CORPORATE CLIENTS:
  • At the time of scheduling appointment provide your companies name and packages
  • Furnishing of referral letter /credit note and employee ID is mandatory when asked for.
