The basic Diploma course in General Nursing & Midwifery is geared to the health needs of the individual family, community and the country at large. The aims of the Diploma in General Nursing and Midwifery programme are -

• To prepare nurses with a sound educational programme in nursing to enable them to function as efficient members of the health team, beginning with competencies for first-level positions in all kinds of healthcare settings.
• To help nurses develop an ability to co-operate and coordinate with members of the health and rehabilitation of the sick.

• MSBNPE (Maharashtra State Board of Nursing and Paramedical Education)
• Diploma with 3 Years duration
• MNC (Maharashtra Nursing Council) certificate after course completion.

Minimum Education Eligibility Criteria for Admission for GNM:

• 10+2 i.e. 12th with 40% of marks from any stream like Arts, Commerce, or Science.
• Registered ANM with pass mark is allowed.
• 5% of total marks is relaxed for SC/ST candidates.
• Scholarship is available for all category students.
• Minimum age for admission will be 17 years (as on 31st December of that year).

B.Sc. Nursing (Bachelor of Sciences in Nursing) 4 Years degree Program in Noble Institute of Medical Sciences. With intake 60 capacities.

Basic B.Sc. Nursing (BASIC BACHELOR OF SCIENCE IN NURSING)

• MUHS (Maharashtra University of Health Sciences)
• Degree with 4 Years duration

Minimum Education Eligibility Criteria for Admission for Basic B.Sc. Nursing

• Academic Qualification:
  Completion of 10+2 with PCB (Physics, Chemistry, and Biology) and English as one of the subjects.
• Minimum Marks:
  A minimum of 50% aggregate marks in the 10+2 examination is required (40% for SC/ST/OBC and 45% for PWD).
• MH B.Sc. Nursing CET:
  MH B.Sc. Nursing CET is Mandatory, Reservation category 40 percentile & open category 50 percentile.
• NEET UG:
  Candidates need to appear for and qualify the NEET UG entrance examination.
• NEET Counselling:
  Admission is based on the score obtained in NEET UG followed by NEET Counselling.
• Age:
  Before 31st Dec. of the year of admission in the 1st year Minimum 17 Years.
